For awhile, in the mid-1990s, I thought MLM might become a worthwhile alternative to the "job" for many people. It didn't. The MLM proponents do a superb job of describing the problems of depending on a job. Unfortunately, for various reasons, MLM is still not viable for more than a few. The major reason is that most companies' compensation plans (Pay Plans) are NOT designed for the average person to succeed. "It's the PAY PLAN, Pardner!™™"
If you are not a super charismatic "heavy hitter" type, you need to evaluate and eliminate most companies to find the few with which you can succeed.
